We deliver and install across Benzie, Leelanau and Grand Traverse counties. Outside those towns, checkout will not offer delivery. Email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you. We do not ship.

At checkout you select a preferred delivery week. Weeks are allocated in the order they're booked and confirmed by text, usually within two business days. Preferred weeks are a request, not a guaranteed appointment.

Deliveries may be moved by a day or more for severe weather. We will always tell you before we move one.

If an order is placed for an address outside our service area, we will contact you within one business day to arrange an alternative or refund the order in full.
